Community Guidelines

Last updated September 29, 2026

Wreck their car, not their day. Ramming, robbing and outdriving each other is the game. Being cruel, creepy or a cheat isn't. These guidelines are part of our Terms of Service and apply everywhere in the game: chat, usernames, the market and raids.

Chat

Trash talk about a raid is fine. Don't:

  • harass, bully, threaten or stalk anyone, in the game or outside it;
  • use hate speech or slurs, or attack people for their race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability or age;
  • post sexual content, or anything sexual involving minors, ever;
  • encourage self-harm, violence against real people, or illegal activity;
  • share anyone's personal information: real names, addresses, phone numbers, photos, social accounts or passwords, including your own;
  • ask players, especially younger ones, to move to private chats or other apps, or to send pictures;
  • spam, flood, advertise, or post links to cheats, scams or account and Dead Coin sellers;
  • pretend to be a staff member or another player.

Chat messages can be up to 300 characters, one message a second. Everyone signed in can read the chat, so treat it as public.

Usernames

Usernames are 3 to 16 letters, numbers or underscores, and every other player sees yours. It must not:

  • be offensive, hateful, sexual or about drugs;
  • include your or anyone else's real full name, phone number or other personal details;
  • impersonate staff (such as "Admin", "Mod" or "UndeadIsland") or another player;
  • advertise a website, service or cheat.

We can change or reclaim a username that breaks these rules.

Cheating and fair play

The game server checks every raid. Don't:

  • use cheats, hacks, modified clients or anything that messes with the game's code, memory or network traffic;
  • use bots, scripts or macros to play or farm for you;
  • exploit bugs. Found one? Tell us instead. We appreciate it;
  • make extra accounts to abuse invites, feed yourself loot or dodge a ban;
  • share, sell or buy accounts;
  • buy or sell Dead Coin, items or accounts for real money, or arrange trades outside the game.

Trading and the market

  • List items honestly. Scams, bait listings and trading exploited items aren't allowed.
  • All trading happens in Dead Coin, inside the game.
  • Crates and crate keys can't be traded or listed.

Reporting and blocking

  • Block a player to stop seeing their chat messages. They aren't told.
  • Report a player or a message that breaks these guidelines. Reports are confidential: the player never sees who reported them.
  • Repeated reports hide a player's chat for everyone until our team has reviewed it. If the reports weren't fair, their chat comes back. Making false or mass reports to silence someone breaks these guidelines too.
  • If someone's behavior puts a person in danger, report it in the game and email us at support@undeadisland.gg. If someone is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services.

What happens if you break them

Depending on how serious it is, and whether it has happened before, we may:

  • remove the message or listing, or reset a username;
  • give a warning;
  • hide or mute your chat for a while;
  • take away Dead Coin, items or progress gained unfairly;
  • suspend your account for a time, or ban it for good.

Cheating, threats, sharing personal information, and anything involving the safety of minors can lead straight to a permanent ban. Think we got it wrong? Email support@undeadisland.gg with your username and we'll take another look.
